EMERGENCY/RISK ASSISTANCE

At Zimbabwe National Students Union (ZINASU), we recognize that student activists and human rights defenders face significant risks and challenges in their work. To support our members, we have established a strong network of human rights organizations that provide assistance and support to students at risk.

Through our partnerships, we are able to connect student activists and human rights defenders with organizations that can provide legal support, counseling, and other forms of assistance. We ensure that our members have access to the resources and support they need to carry out their work safely and effectively.

We are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of our members, and we take the issue of student safety very seriously. We have established protocols and procedures to ensure that our members are protected and supported in their activism and advocacy work. We provide training and support to our members on how to stay safe and how to respond to incidents of harassment or persecution.

In addition to our partnerships with human rights organizations, we also work closely with other student unions and civil society organizations to support the rights and interests of our members. We believe that by working together, we can achieve our shared goals and create a better future for Zimbabwe and its people.

ZINASU, we are committed to providing our members with the support and resources they need to carry out their work safely and effectively. We have established strong partnerships with human rights organizations and other student unions to ensure that our members have access to the support they need. We are dedicated to protecting the safety and well-being of our members and to promoting a more just and equitable society in Zimbabwe and beyond.
