a) MANAGER MARKETING AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Job Purpose:
The position exists to ensure that the mandate of the Regulator is well understood and adhered to by all stakeholders, particularly consumers and licensees. The role involves developing and implementing strategic and favourable reputation management for the Authority.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position reports to the Deputy Director Marketing and International Relations and is responsible for:
• Marketing POTRAZ projects, programmes and events through inter alia, advertisement, documentaries, corporate publications and promotional materials.
• Promoting the Authority’s relations with stakeholders.
• Coordinating POTRAZ events in a manner that enhances the image of the Authority.
• Managing the Authority’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme.
• Crafting and overseeing adherence to the Authority’s client/customer service charter.
• Developing creative graphics to build the Authority’s good standing and brand identity.
• Managing the Authority’s customer service and customer experience charter that offer value to the Authority’s brand.
• Identifying community needs and develop programs that cater for such needs to ensure a close relationship with the community and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinating accurate supply chain requisitions and assuring quality checks of delivered products.
• Analysing data from marketing campaigns.
• Managing and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, or Public Relations.
• MSc in Marketing or Public Relations is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years Managerial experience in Marketing or Public Relations.
• Clean class 4 driver’s licence.
• Audio, visual and graphic designing experience.

• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems.

REMUNERATION
• An appropriate package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
